It looks very promising for the approval of Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for 6 months to 5 year olds within the next few weeks. I am still trying to sort out the details but as of today, Pfizer is seeking approval of a 3 dose series and Moderna a 2 dose series. We have preordered dose of both vaccines and are awaiting word on when they will be shipped. We anticipate being able to start administering the vaccine by the end of the month.
With the start of summer and an increase in the number of well visits we do, along with the need to group vaccines (to not waste doses), we will do our best to schedule visits as expeditiously as possible. Please bear with us.
