While we try to take care of refills as quickly as possible, refills for controlled substance prescriptions requested after 12 pm or on weekends or holidays are not guaranteed to be sent to the pharmacy the same day. All prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy within 24 hours or the next business day.
It is best to anticipate your needs and request refills during normal business hours. Refills can be requested by phone, pingMD or the patient portal. Email requests are not as reliable.
