Bess C. Lewis, MSN, PNP(Emeritus)

Bess C. Lewis, MSN, PNP has been certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1990. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester. Before working as a P.N.P., Bess was a Clinical Specialist in Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Instructor of Nursing at Edgecliff College in Cincinnati, and a Nurse Educator at Rochester General Hospital. She is currently on the adjunct faculty of the University of Rochester School of Nursing. She is an active participant in the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and its local project, Fostering Hope. Mrs. Lewis volunteers at the United Cerebral Palsy Center and the Rochester Area Interfaith Housing Network. She is the very proud mother of the three children and two grandchildren.
